Engages Colleagues in Collaborative and Caring Relationships

Objective: This module focuses on developing the essential skills needed for providing support to colleagues in the field of peer counseling and utilizing personal lived experiences to connect with and support peers. This program aims to cultivate a culture of empathy, understanding, and collaboration among peer support professionals.

Duration: This section will consist of 100 hours, approximately 2.5 weeks of full-time apprenticeship.
