Linking to Community Resources

Objective: The primary goal of this module is to prepare apprentices to effectively maintain information on community resources, traditional cultural supports, and intervention resources, and to assist clients and their families in identifying, accessing, and utilizing these resources based on their specific needs and goals. The program also emphasizes the importance of empowering clients and ensuring seamless coordination of care with external community supports and services.

Duration: This section will consist of 100 hours, approximately 2.5 weeks of full-time apprenticeship.
