Working With Others – Person-Centered Communication and Support

Objective: The goal of this training module is to equip apprentices with essential communication and support skills, enabling them to engage effectively with clients, their families, and significant others. This module will focus on person-centered communication techniques, active listening, using non-judgmental language, and fostering a supportive environment to promote recovery and well-being.

Duration: This section will consist of 300 hours, approximately 7.5 weeks of full-time apprenticeship.
